Submitting a resume and other information is free. We only charge employers for using this service

 

You are giving us permission to use your information

If you submit information including your resume to Consulting Vanuatu Ltd or Link Personnel Services, you grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free,  right to use that information. The information you provide us  will be used as by us for the purpose of advertising a job vacancy or determining your suitability for the job vacancy you are applying for. If you submit a job application we will use your information as per our Privacy Policy. We will share your information with the organisation with whom the job vacancy is with. Your information may also be shared with third parties, including donors, the organisations who the successful candidate may work with, and other appropriate key stakeholders. Your information will be kept on our Skills Database and may be accessed outside of the job you have applied for to determine your suitability for other similar roles. Link Personnel Services will request your permission before using your information for any other job outside of the job you have applied for.

We will use your email address to send periodic updates on job vacancies. The email will have an unsubcribe link if you no longer want to recieve it.

We use third parties IT vendors to help us process your information as part of the recruitment process. By using this service you consent to this use.

This service is provided with no guarantees or warranties, including, without limitation, any express warranties or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular use or purpose, performance, informational content, accuracy, or system integration, are made with respect to this site or our services.

 

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Consulting Vanuatu Ltd or Link Personnel Service be liable for any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, direct, special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost profits, loss of revenue or loss of use, arising out of your use of this site or the services of Consulting Vanuatu Ltd, even if Consulting Vanuatu Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Not withstanding the foregoing, to the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability to you or any other party in any circumstance is limited to the total aggregate fees paid by you to Consulting Vanuatu Ltd.

This agreement  shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Vanuatu
