Link Personnel Services is seeking interested applicants on behalf of a busy, well-established and award-winning resort in Tanna with a restaurant renowned for the best food in the region.

The Position

Second in charge of the kitchen and working closely with the Head Chef to prepare and present 5* dishes from a daily changing menu of local and international dishes.

Essential Selection Criteria

► 3 years' experience as a Sous Chef in a restaurant or Resort

► Training in food safety and hygiene

► Must be able to provide references

► Must live in or be prepared to move to Tanna (single staff accommodation provided)

Desirable Selection Criteria

► APTC training course
