The Organisation

Supercool Vila is an air conditioning & refrigeration company with branches in Santo and Port Vila. Supercool specializes in commercial and residential air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation.

The Position

Service Coordinator will coordinate the field activities of the service division. This would include answering the telephone, speaking with the customer to determine whether the call requires immediate attention. Schedule all field personnel for preventive maintenance, service repairs & replacements.

Essential Selection Criteria

► High school education, INTV, USP

► Computer literate, written and verbal - English, Bislama, French

► 3 to 5 years in the field

► Vanuatu citizen or resident

Desirable Selection Criteria

► Any Experience in a service or trade background

► Excel, word, outlook etc.
