The Organisation

Northern Shores Limited (NSL) is a Vanuatu registered business that has been operating for over 10 years as the owners & operators of Barrier Beach Resort.

The Position

The Resort Manager will oversee & take responsibility for all aspects of running the Resort including the restaurant.

Essential Selection Criteria

► Extensive experience in managing tourism & hospitality business's, some in the South Pacific

► Demonstrable experience in working as a team player and managing 15 to 20 assistants & personnel

► 10 years recent experience as a minimum

► Ability to apply & be granted Vanuatu residency/citizenship

► Police clearance

Desirable Selection Criteria

► Running & operating a restaurant

► Pacific Islands

► Drivers licence

► Siteminder, Xcel and Word
