The Organisation

ADRA Vanuatu is a locally registered humanitarian organisation, working in Vanuatu since 2008. ADRA has offices in Port Vila and Luganville and implements various projects across Vanuatu.

The Position

The Program Operations Manager will oversee all ADRA Vanuatu projects and project staff, ensuring the implementation of activities are delivered as planned and within budget.

Essential Selection Criteria

► 5+ years experience in NGO work in Vanuatu

► Demonstrated capacity in project management

► Proficiency in Monitoring Evaluation and Learning

► A collaborative attitude and adaptability

► Ability to inspire and lead teams

► Experience in WASH, Gender, Food Security or Health

► Drivers license
