The Organisation

Air Vanuatu was formed 34 years ago in December 1987 and since then the airline has served Vanuatu proudly, bringing visitors and residents to and from the beautiful islands of Vanuatu.

Air Vanuatu has played a major role in establishing Vanuatu as a tourist and investment destination in the last two decades, particularly in it's closest markets, Australia and New Zealand, and will continue to do so in the future.

The Position

As a Pricing Analyst in the Commercial team, you will be responsible for pricing activities across the airline network. You will be making decisions that have a direct impact on the revenue of the markets that we fly to. Working collaboratively with key stakeholders across our business, you will be a team player with strong initiative to take ownership in delivering the pricing objectives.

Essential Selection Criteria

► Tertiary qualification (in finance, mathematics, science, business or related field) or two years’ work experience in an analytical role.

► Able to communicate ideas and solutions to different stakeholders.

► Experience with using excel.

► Ability to work independently as well as to work and support other team members.

► Attention to detail to avoid errors.

Desirable Selection Criteria

► Previous experience in an analytical or research role would be benficial.

► Experience working with data and extracting trends and information.

► Some experience in with working with data in different formats to extract information or to identify trends.
