The Organisation

The Vanuatu Maritime College was established in 1998 as a training institution to provide Maritime and Fisheries training for Seafare. Its mandate is to ‘provide quality training for seafarers and fishers at all levels to improve employment opportunities in the maritime and fishing industries and enhance safety at sea’.

The Position

The Operations Manager will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Vanuatu Maritime College Campus.

Essential Selection Criteria

► STCW Officer of the Watch Certificate of Competency

► 8 years sea going experience and proven management skills

► Proven ability to supervise and assist in the management of a college campus
