The VESP Monitoring & Evaluation Officer will work under the guidance of VESP’s Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Learning Adviser. The M&E Officer will support the monitoring, evaluation, reporting and learning of VESP’s activities, contribute to the production of VESP’s reports and the alignment of VESP’s monitoring, evaluation, reporting and learning systems to MoET.
Essential Selection Criteria
► At least an undergraduate degree in a relevant field
► Demonstrated experience in collecting and analysing qualitative and quantitative data
► Demonstrated experience writing annual program reports
► Demonstrated experience building strong relationships with government counterparts
► Demonstrated experience managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
Desirable Selection Criteria
► Experience working in the education sector is an advantage
► Experience with DFAT M&E reporting standards is an advantage
► Experience conducting interviews and surveys is an advantage
