The Organisation

The Medical Centre is the longest serving medical clinic in Port-Vila. We are a modern energetic team comprised of three doctors and a fully equipped laboratory.

The Position

The Medical Receptionist will be required to greet patients, make appointments and general secretarial work. In addition, you will be expected to manage the client flow in and out of the clinic to ensure a smooth experience for all.

Essential Selection Criteria

► Experience in Receptionist work

► Fluency in French and English

► Must be available to start at 7:30am sharp on weekdays

► Proficiency with computer work

Desirable Selection Criteria

► Bright outgoing personality who enjoys teamwork
