The Organisation

Ministry of Education and Training (MoET) is implementing various initiatives funded by the Global Partnership for Education (GPE), with support from Save the Children as the Grant Agent, from 2020-2023.

The Position

The GPE MEAL Specialist is responsible for the development and implementation of GPE program MEAL plans and all MEAL activities including program reporting.

The GPE MEAL Specialist will report into the GPE Program Manager, with close coordination with the Policy and Planning Unit.

The initial contract will be for 12 months

Essential Selection Criteria

► Strong data collection design, analysis and reporting skills

► Highly proficient in Excel

► High standard of writing for reports and learning products

► Familiarity with Government of Vanuatu or NGO monitoring and evaluation systems, policies and guidelines, ideally in the education sector

► Familiarity with donor grant reporting requirements

► Fluency in Bislama and English

Desirable Selection Criteria

► Knowledge of French is desirable
