The Position
Save the Children’s DFAT-funded Integrated Early Childhood Development (IECD) program Outcome 1.1: Parents/carers of children 0-5 demonstrate increased gender sensitive and disability-inclusive nurturing care practices and skills is implemented by the Ministry of Education and Training, through the Extension of the Parent Support Program activities in Vanuatu.
The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) coordinator is responsible for managing information and reporting processes and products to ensure professional, high-quality communication about Parent Support Program (PSP) programmatic activities and results in Sanma Province.
Essential Selection Criteria
► Strong experience in monitoring and evaluation, from evaluation design and formation to implementation, analysis and presentation of results and recommendations.
► Strong communication skills and proven experience in using Microsoft programs to summarize and communicate results (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
► Experience working in community participation and accountability activities.
► Proven experience in working with various stake holders from community groups, NGOs, and donors.
► Must be results focused and be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
► Applicant must have had experience working in a similar field.
► Applicant must have a clear police background check.
