The Organisation

Corporate Service Unit is Unit under the Ministry of Internal Affairs. It provides advice and support to the Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs on Policy, Planning, Financial management, HRM, Coordination of NGO and projects.

The Position

The Manager Project is responsible to develop, manage and coordinate projects of MOIA through the projects management Unit to ensure effective harmonization, planning, design, resourcing (donors & Gov), Implementation, monitor and reporting, project audit preparation, including support for MoIA sector strategy & Corporate Plan in close relationship to NSDP.

Essential Selection Criteria

► Degree Project Management or Policy Analysis/Development or Public Administration or related field

► A minimum of 5 years experience in managing projects or related work

► High level of verbal & written reporting skills with attention to detail

► Ability to demonstrate negotiation and conflict resolutions skills, timeliness and meeting deliverables while working as part of a team and under pressure.

► Must be an analytical, practical thinker, consultative, and deliverables driven

► Must be able to communicate well with Director General

► Dedicated, Professional and hardworking person

► Must have a Driving license

► Ability to use MS Suite: Word and EXCEL
