The Position

Hurley Lawyers requires 2 Legal Secretaries for immediate start to cover a 4 month period of leave (with the possibility of extension) to undertake all legal work including litigation, conveyancing, banking securities and general legal work.

Reception experience preferred as the role requires both Legal Secretarial and Reception duties.

Applicants must be able to provide a recent Police Clearance and be willing to sign the Firm’s Confidentiality Declaration.

The office will close from 24 December and reopen on Monday 10 January so there will be no work required during this time.

Essential Selection Criteria

► Excellent word processing skills required

► Excellent English verbal communication skills absolutely essential

► Must be able to provide a recent Police Clearance

► Must be willing to sign the Firm’s Confidentiality Declaration

Desirable Selection Criteria

► Legal Secretary experience preferred

► Corporate secretarial experience preferred

► Fully vaccinated applicants preferred
