The Organisation

The Ministry's Mission is to facilitate and coordinate the mobilization of resources (policy, human & financial) to strengthen and grow services provided by agencies under the Ministry to achieve the objectives of the

NSDP for the government and the country.

The Position

Assist the Manager HR in providing an efficient and effective human resource development services and training to all agencies under the Ministry.

Essential Selection Criteria

► Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Public Admin studies, or Management

► 3 years' work experience and/or Graduate

► Must be computer literate.

► Be practical, analytical thinker and creative.

► Have a good communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Selection Criteria

► Demonstrate honesty, punctuality and trustworthiness.

► Demonstrate an open-minded personality.

► English or French and Bislama
