The Position
This is a newly created role within the company, offering variety and opportunities for growth. The primary responsibilities include handling administrative tasks such as filing applications, bookkeeping, and general office support.
The ideal candidate will also maintain regular communication with international clients and border control officers, ensuring smooth operations.

Essential Selection Criteria
► Administrative skills (including computer skills)
► Great communication (English)
► Time management essential (and flexibility to work after hours)
► Knowledge of Vanuatu islands, culture and kustom
► Problem solving skills essential
Desirable Selection Criteria
► XERO accounting systems
► Drivers license
► Previous experience/studies in tourism or maritime
► Passion for the industry and desire to learn
