The Organisation

Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) works with people in poverty and distress to bring about lasting changes.

ADRA's purpose is to serve humanity so all may live as God intended.

ADRA has been working in Vanuatu since 2012 in the areas of WASH, Food Security, Gender and PSS/PFA

The Position

The Finance Manager is responsible for all financial aspects of ADRA Vanuatu office and will provide effective accounting services and financial support to administration and project teams.

Essential Selection Criteria

► A tertiary qualification in Accounting and/or Business

► The ability to work well under pressure and to meet stringent deadlines. The ability to foster and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

► Prior work experience in a similar role. A strong work ethic, with the ability to work autonomously, employ initiative and engage others.

► The position is open to Vanuatu citizens only

► Successful candidate will be required to undergo a police clearance

Desirable Selection Criteria

► Proficiency in English

► Christian faith commitment

► Commitment to the ethos, values and mission of ADRA

► Computer Fluency - Both MS Office and Accounting software programs
