The Position

The FDL Manager will be responsible to;

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all administrative matters related to the local office

• Manage administrative tasks such as document filing, record-keeping, and office maintenance.

• Understanding the Company activity, confident user of the systems utilized by the Company (backoffice, trading)

• Presenting the Company.

• Preparing internal reports regarding onboarded clients, clients’ trading activity to the management

• Participating in preparation of quarterly reports"

Essential Selection Criteria

► Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Related Field

► Vanuatu Passport and Residence

► Impeccable reputation (clean criminal records)

► Proficiency in office software and applications

Desirable Selection Criteria

► Strong understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements in the financial sector

► Knowledge of XERO and basic accounting principles will be a plus

► Previous experience in administrative management or a similar role is preferred.
