The Position

The consultant is to inform the design of a holistic Early Child Development program in line with Save the Children global standards, Save the Children will conduct a Situation Analysis in Vanuatu. The ECD situation Analysis will identify and describe existing barriers and facilitators to achieving ECD outcomes at the household level.

Essential Selection Criteria

► Technical expertise in Early Childhood Development

► Demonstrated experience overseeing high quality qualitative and participatory data collection with the government, NGO and ECD led organisations

► Excellent analysis skills

► Fluent oral and written English

► PowerPoint skills

► Experience reviewing policies and guidelines

► Report writing skills
