The Position
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:
● Being the first point of contact for all customer care enquiries.
● Ensuring adherence to responsiveness KPIs on NOVA & Phone queues.
● Providing high quality & consistent service to group customers & work towards customer outreach (via regular calls / QBRs / Meetings)
● Driving performance in collaboration with internal stakeholder.
● Providing Premier / VIP / Elite customer Management – be the Voice of Customer and deliver optimum customer experience.
Essential Selection Criteria
► Strong organizational and administration skills with ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload
► Previous experience in a customer service role with good computer skills
► Excellent communications skills, both written and oral
► Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to foster relationships with customers
► Strong telephone etiquette with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
► Able to work autonomously and unsupervised.
Desirable Selection Criteria
► Degree / diploma or equivalent in Logistics / Supply Chain / International Business / Business
► Knowledge of tariffs.
► Knowledge of shipping and or transport industry
