The Position

The Country Manager provides leadership, management and vision to the regional office. Ensuring performance in accordance with the Company’s current business plan, the Country Manager is responsible for profit and loss of the office, client relationship management, thought leadership and knowledge management, business development and budget/financial delegation.


Essential Selection Criteria

► Undergraduate qualifications in Business, Engineering or a related field required. Post graduate qualifications in a MBA or similar is an advantage

► 10 plus years’ experience in senior/leadership roles

► Strong leadership and management skills with a high level of interpersonal and cross cultural communication skills

► Strong business development and client relationship management skills with demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems

► Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive, productive and ongoing working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders

► Demonstrated experience in project and contract management with the ability to plan and coordinate project implementation activities including reporting, human resources, finance, logistics and administrative functions

► Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to manage complex budgets

► Intermediate and Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite

► Excellent organisation and time management skills
