The Position

This role manages the Credit Assessment, Asset Structuring, Legal business functions of the bank and manages the approval of all credit facilities ensuring security documentations and assessments are within bank credit policy and all loans drawn down are within standard lending policies and guidelines. Overall, it manages the bank’s lending risks.

Essential Selection Criteria

► University Masters Degree in Business or related feild

► Minimum of 10 - 15 years Commercial Banking experience

► Minimum of 5 - 10 years' experience in Credit Management, Asset Management and Recoveries

► Experience in complex analytical problem solving & investigative skills

► Excellent leadership skills

► Sound communication skills

► Culturally aware and team focused

► Empathetic with positive attitude

► Excellent networking skills

Desirable Selection Criteria

► Post-graduate degree in Business or related feild and/or other certificate in Law, Credit / Recovery

► 5 - 10 years Senior Management Experience
