The Organisation

Link Personnel Services are seeking interested applicants on behalf of a reputable Vanuatu-owned company in an international industry.

The Position

You will drive and deliver on analytical insights into the commercial performance of the organisation, and provide research based evidence to support the decision making process. These insights will be in the form of reports, performance analysis, business unit behaviour, market factor review across the commercial business areas.

Essential Selection Criteria

► 1 or more years work experience in an analytical role or a recent graduate with some work experience.

► Tertiary qualifications either in Business, Accounts, Commerce, Statistics or a relevant discipline.

► Good analytical, financial, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

► A highly structured style and results-oriented approach to quickly conceptualise and apply new concepts.

► Ability to create reports and presentations for a cross section of stakeholders.

Desirable Selection Criteria

► Organisational skills with an ability to prioritise conflicting tasks deadlines.

► Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills, and a high level of emotional intelligence to work with and manage different stakeholders.

► A strong interest in the airline industry and a desire to gain knowledge and experience across a variety of business units.

► A desire to work in and contribute to a diverse, collaborative, high-performing, and social team environment.
