The Organisation

Chantilly’s Hotel is a small but friendly hotel situated on the waterfront of the magnificent Fatumaru Bay. Chantilly's offers recently refurbished apartments, all with stunning ocean views and a sparkling pool overlooking the bay, an award-winning restaurant plus romantic dining on the water’s edge and beachside chilling at the rustic Banyan Bar with delicious cocktails and cool funky music.

The Position

Chantilly's is looking for a talented and experienced Assistant Hotel Manager / Financial Controller with excellent Xero skills to complete the Profit and Loss for each month which includes daily entry of individual purchases, sales and invoices for – Tilly's Restaurant, Banyan Beach Bar and Chantilly’s on the Bay Hotel Rooms (when open) as well as to help arrange and set up for functions.

Essential Selection Criteria

► Must have excellent Xero skills; Room Master preferred

► Must have excellent Profit and Loss skills and experience

► Must have hospitality experience including quoting for functions

► Accounts experience - must be highly organised with close attention to detail

► Fluent French and good English

Desirable Selection Criteria

► Able to solve problems at short notice and work under pressure

► Able to work under a female expat Manager

► Able to move furniture when required (heavy lifting)

► Previous experience taking over accounts, organising accounts or setting up new accounts system desirable
