The Organisation

Topical Agency Limited is a shipping agency established in 2019 offering fast and reliable shipping services to and from Vanuatu as well as vessel agency services. We are a part of a larger network of shipping lines servicing Vanuatu from around the globe.

The Position

The Accounts Receivable/Payable is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing and reporting of all accounts receivable/payable, including the vigilant collection and reconciliation of outstanding accounts.

Essential Selection Criteria

► High School Diploma

► 3 years previous relevant experience in a similar role/industry

► Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

► Mandatory – High level of experience with MYOB

► Managing Customer relationships

► Working well with internal & external customers

► Document processing and time management

► Excellent verbal and written communication

► Organised and able to meet deadlines
