The Organisation

TI Securities Limited is a regulated securities dealer based in Port Vila. The company operates the Titan FX brand offering forex and CFD brokerage to traders globally. Titan FX differentiates itself from other brokers by investing in product development and outstanding customer service rather than sales and advertising.

The Position

The role will build a customer support strategy and policies and procedures to ensure excellence and continual improvements in customer services for Titan FX. This person will manage development of customer support staff and performance through training while developing automated processes where appropriate.

Essential Selection Criteria

► Strong demonstrated experience in Customer Support

► Experience in a leading role within a Customer Support team

► Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or evidence of formal qualifications with equivalent work experience

► Experience with customer service support specific software and proficiency in Microsoft Office

► Clear police record from country of residency and valid passport for travel

Desirable Selection Criteria

► Work experience with international customers and clients

► Experience in developing policies, processes and/or systems to support workflows

► Experience designing and delivering staff training

► Self-confident and strong demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
