The Organisation
ROC Limited (“ROC”) aims to provide financial services envisaged by the market trend of growing High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) in Asia-pacific region, especially in China, and their increasing desire to invest in global financial markets.The main services are for small and micro enterprises and individual customers.
The Position
Supervises staff members associated with the CSR and Assistant Customer Service Supervisor positions in the branch. Effectively manages staff to follow the Bank’s Customer Service Standards, be accurate in cash handling, and receive positive audits while maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Conducts performance reviews and recommends salary adjustments for staff members he or she oversees. Acting manager of the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily as per the full Job Description.
Essential Selection Criteria
► High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
► Three years branch banking experience, specifically in teller operations, required.
► Two years supervisory experience required in banking or a similar business environment that included writing reviews, scheduling and coaching employees.
► Ability to write routine correspondence and communicate effectively and tactfully, orally and in writing with employees, customers, vendors and management.
► Must able to provide a police clearance
Desirable Selection Criteria
► Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, procedure manuals, policies and memorandums.
► Previous experience with the Microsoft Office suite and banking-related software preferred.
► Bilingual skills desirable
