The Organisation
World Car Rentals Vanuatu is a locally owned and operated vehicle rental business that aims to offer the best service and rates on the island, offering 24-hour pickup and delivery at any location and 24 hour roadside assistance.
The Position
World Car Rentals are looking for an experienced Finance & Administration Officer with the skills and personal qualities to run an efficient office supporting the Managing Director with financial, business compliance, HR administration, record keeping and insurance claims.
Essential Selection Criteria
► Evidence of financial qualifications and/or equivalent experience in a similar role
► Experienced in developing and maintaining effective administrative & financial policies and procedures.
► Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
► Fluent in English and Bislama.
► Eligible to live and work in Vanuatu.
Desirable Selection Criteria
► Familiar with online reservation system and XERO an advantage.
► Has a current driver’s licence and clean driving record.
► Track record of working well in a very busy customer-focused environment.
► Well organised, accurate and very good at seeing tasks through to completion.
