The Position
The IT Compliance Officer is responsible for developing, administering and monitoring the Information Security, Business Continuity and IT Quality Compliance Management Program at the Bank. This role is part of the NBV ICT team and reports directly the Chief Operating Officer.
Essential Selection Criteria ► Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline. Equivalent work experience in the Information Technology field will be considered.
► Minimum 4-5 years’ experience working in information technology field in similar roles.
► Experience with Windows Server 2008/2012.
► Experience with Network Services (DNS, DHCP, etc.).
► Experience with Active directory administration.
Desirable Selection Criteria
► Be able to Advise IT personnel of emerging compliance issues and consults and guides the Bank in the establishment of controls to mitigate risks.
► Be able to provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the IT Steering Committee or Information Security Steering Committee and senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
► Provide a valid police clearance and National ID
► Involved in IT compliance activities
