The Position
The Delivery Channels Officer will oversee the bank’s delivery channel initiatives and active channels. The role will oversee the day to day running of the bank’s EB Services, including ATM operations, reconciliation, new delivery channels rollout, reconciliations and GL management. Work with the Chief Operating Officer to develop strategies and action plans to align technology to business processes of NBV that are geared to supporting delivery channels.
Essential Selection Criteria
► Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Diploma and Certificate in Computer Science is preferred
► Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working in EB services
► Good Communication & Interpersonal skills.
► Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures related to delivery channels
► Team player and willing to learn
Desirable Selection Criteria
► Be able to measure, monitor and optimize Delivery channel Services and good performance of the area as a service provider
► Experience in providing assistance to Manager EB Services as and when required.
► Provide valid police clearance and National ID
