The Organisation
TI Securities Limited is a regulated securities dealer based in Port Vila, Vanuatu. The company operates the Titan FX brand offering forex and CFD brokerage to traders globally. Titan FX differentiates itself from other brokers by investing in product development and outstanding customer service rather than sales and advertising.
The Position
Based in the Port Vila office, and reporting to the Head of Customer Support, the Customer Support Officer is responsible for reviewing customer identification documents as well as answering customer queries via email and online chat. You’ll be working closely with internal and external (overseas) customer support team members as well as legal and compliance team members based in Port Vila.
Essential Selection Criteria
► Fluency in Japanese and English languages
► Computer literacy
► Tertiary degree or higher
Desirable Selection Criteria
► Experience in Customer Support
► Fluency in other languages
